Intelligent lane sorting: automatically identify the arrangement status of products, standby when there is a shortage of materials. Precise grip and release control: The chuck pressure can be adjusted for fragile products (such as glass bottles), with a loss rate of more than 98% efficiency. Seamless connection with unpacking and sealing machines.
2. Security and stability
Multiple fault protection: stop due to missing bottle/case, alarm for wrong picking, emergency stop. Low maintenance design with centralized lubrication. Noise reduction structure ensures noise levels less than 75dB.
3. Flexible adaptation
Fast type change: switch product/cabinet type in less than 30 minutes. Wide compatibility with bottles, cans, buckets, boxes, bags, and even partition cartons.
