How long does the delivery take?
Generally, the delivery time is approximately 45 days during peak seasons and 30 days during slack seasons.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide free samples. However, the customer is responsible for door-to-door shipping costs to their specific location.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the balance paid before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
Do you provide quality inspection reports?
Yes, a full inspection report can be provided prior to dispatch to ensure all products meet our quality standards.
Is the breast pump easy to clean?
All parts of the breast pump are dishwasher safe except for the motor unit, making it very convenient for busy mothers to maintain hygiene.
